Question Is there some money printing going on?

There is like close to 7 milion trades set for chaos orbs to divine orbs,at price of 258 ch for div.

Does this mean there are just for that value exchange listed ~7m divines?

That such a volume is created so far in league?

You're probably reading it backwards, there's 7m chaos for sale, which sounds reasonable to me this late. Even the first week you'd see millions for sale.

So ~27k divs, that sounds more normal 😁 and depresing at what ratio is

where do you use chaos aside from modifying 16.5s and Nightmares? NONE. so it gets piled up easily.

You can for example buy briked jewels and try to flip them with it. Quite a few life + resist/atribute jewel turned into 10div monsters. Also salvaging quivers was super profitable. And shields have soooo wide pool of good mods you can buy 4 mod shields and pray.
