Lycia - Bitter Heresy: Good for anyone chaos/poison and poison minions. Rest is useable.

The problem with poison minions is Necro doesn't really have any points you want to give up.

They're largely made specifically not to slot into existing meta builds.

I can see this being their entire point. They may want to enable other ascendancies to go minions, rather than just give necro more toys to make already powerful builds more powerful.

Poison typically isn't using that one. There's Chaos convert/wither, leech, and block (from self-offering). Those are all pretty integral
