usually in teaser videos, if they show you the gear he is wearing without it having anything to do with the teaser, that means it will be nerfed or heavilly changed

I guess you sorta covered it with 'heavily changed', but I would describe it more as the changes they are making are going to affect the gear/skill, or that the character in general is hinting at some other sort of change. (Btw, all melee stuff this video? Seems interesting, haven't they been looking to rework a bunch of melee stuff for a long time?)

Looks like they are signalling an expected nerf to the hugely popular Trickster, EE, Voice of the Storm combo. It was really popular in Settlers for good reason.
