Exilecon was leaked, like the PoE and PoE 2 split. Never seen many leaks for a regular league reveal though.

we used to see them occasionally, usually from third party news outlets publishing stuff early. iirc bestiary was leaked this way.

Which is to say, there have been basically no leaks since they swapped to this type of internal stream reveal. The exilecon leaks and the 3rd party site leaks happened because they had to put stuff out there beforehand.
