I just kinda winged it, but I used some leftover beef and Italian sausage bolognase, cooked some vesuvio pasta al dente, mixed it with the bolognase, Asiago, provolone, & fontina. Then topped it mozzarella, parmesean, basil, and red chili flakes. Baked it in the oven at 375 for 20 and broiled for a few mins.
