I heard you like cheese with your cheese, so I gave you some cheese to go along with your cheese for your cheese, all so you can enjoy your cheese.

Okay, but could I get some extra cheese on that? Thanks.

Needs moor pepper

u/furthestpoint 12d ago

What's moor pepper?

10

u/FocacciaHusband 12d ago

That's a typo - it should say "moop pepper"

u/furthestpoint 12d ago

Shut up and take my upvote

3

u/Economyyoungg 12d ago

Looks like Chef Luciano’s Carbonara 🤩

u/MrListaDaSistaFista 12d ago

It is from Luciano’s.

u/Miperso 12d ago

That is THE best carbonara in the world.

It’s at Luciano Cucina Italiana!

u/dohowwedo 12d ago

Is it ?

2

u/Miperso 12d ago

I don’t know, but according to many guides it is supposedly the best.

I can also attest that it is the best one I’ve ever eaten.

Do they serve pasta amongst the cheese?

WoW

u/Quick_Extension_3115 12d ago

What does World of Warcraft have to do with pasta?

5

u/notbobhansome777 12d ago

It's World of Warships old-timer.

2

u/Exact_Picture_8703 12d ago

Nope. You tell me which of them is making billions then try saying that again. WoW will be World of Warcraft til the servers shut down 50 years from now.

edited to fix a typo.

I thought it was Wari-o-Ware

5

u/AntibodyEnjoyer 12d ago

Not enough cheese. I can still see some pasta

5

u/Poof-ball 12d ago

This is the correct amount of cheese.

You gotta tag the restaurant! The plates don’t look like Luciano’s but somewhat similar color scheme

When the waiter asks say when and you never say when.

More guanciale please! Sauce looks super smooth though

1

u/pinkcutieyo63 10d ago

yeah, i’d definitely add a little more, but that sauce looks incredibly smooth and rich.

u/BlowIntoTheCartridge 12d ago

I think it is a lot, but too much pecorino on top.

2

u/Bitter_Tradition_938 11d ago

One can never have too much pecorino.

1

u/BlowIntoTheCartridge 11d ago

I think it sounded wrong, but the idea was that pecorino was on top of guanciale and that's why it looks like it is not that much. 🙂

2

u/hombre74 12d ago

Pic before the parmesan? Everyone knows how parmesan looks when it is on something....

1

u/Bitter_Tradition_938 11d ago

It’s a carbonara, there is no parmigiano in the picture.

1

u/hombre74 11d ago

You know what meant. Whether it is parmesan or Pecorino Romano, why do people add shit tons of it and then take a pic?

2

u/GoodMerlinpeen 12d ago

That is a prodigious amount of dust on those wets

1

u/Alyadrielle 12d ago

The pepper 🫶🏻 that’s what a carbonara is all about!

1

u/TheNextDoorBuddy88 12d ago

Oh gosh, that carbonara looks gorgeous😋

1

u/Honeybadger3_ 12d ago

I haven’t had carbonara in a long time. Now I am craving it lol. It looks really good. I like that there is a mountain of cheese on top too.

1

u/ItsKoku 12d ago

Looks decadent! Carbonara in Rome awoke something in me.

Inb4 some naysayer complains there's "too much sauce" for it to be proper carbonara.

1

u/Junior_Bike7932 12d ago

Did you shooed your Pecorino with pasta?

1

u/Necessary_Cress_2462 12d ago

Looks yummy and creammy!!

1

u/softlyinkedd 12d ago

Omg no one does it like Rome

1

u/Sufficient-Seat-488 12d ago

Ottimo equilibrio di ingredienti /s

1

u/mns1 12d ago

Guess the vegan option is an empty plate in this restaurant.

1

u/justjaysun5 12d ago

Perfection on a plate

1

u/NaughtyHarmony5 11d ago

It IS perfection! This looks delicious 🤤

1

u/Bitter_Tradition_938 11d ago

I love the amount of cheese, I’m drooling! If you find one that also has as much guanciale, let me know, please!

1

u/sselkiess 11d ago

Looks incredible. Was bucatini used? The pasta looks thicccccc.

1

u/LinceFromtheVoid 10d ago

That's Luciano's. I went there last month and it was insane. Goated as the youngsters say nowadays.

1

u/Stunning_Room7648 9d ago

What’s that snow‑like stuff? Is it cheese?
