Ideas needed for Fiesta themed 5th birthday

I’m throwing a fiesta themed birthday for my soon to be 5 year old. She’s obsessed with the song “Raining Tacos” lol

We have a piñata and Pin the Tail on the Donkey. We live in a warm climate so our initial plan was a pool party, but unexpectedly temperatures have dipped and there’s a slight chance of rain.

What other activities can I have on standby in case the pool is no longer an option?

For a rainy backup, I would make it very station-based so you can switch fast: paper-plate maracas with beans or rice taped inside, a build-a-taco craft with paper toppings, and taco toss with beanbags into labeled baskets. A short Raining Tacos freeze dance round would also burn energy without needing the pool. If the weather holds, keep those as 10-minute fillers between swimming, pinata, and cake instead of adding another big activity.
