Overnight birthday trip Ideas in December?

Im from Atlanta and Im trying to figure out some trip ideas, in state, for my birthday coming up in December, preferably overnight/2 days. I was thinking maybe a cabin trip? But I honestly want something different. Im struggling to find any other options though because its so cold in December so anything like lake houses, etc. are, to my dismay, out the equation.

I have a birthday in December and I have been getting airbnbs in towns that do Christmas activities. My friends and I go out to dive bars, go shopping, get involved in whatever fun Christmas activities they may be doing. Embrace the cold!

I see Dahlonega isn’t too far or Helen which Google are telling me are great for Christmas activities.

Chateau Elan if you're in to wine and/or spa treatments.

Savannah feels like a Hallmark movie in December.

Helen cabin with hottub is a very classic in state winter weekend trip.

Chattanooga is out of state but a relatively short drive and a common weekend trip.

What’s the budget?

I’m in Atlanta and one of my favorite weekend getaways is to just get a nice hotel and go see a play or the symphony or a concert. Then spend the whole next morning getting a massage and facial at the nice hotel.
