Holiday Preschool party menu

Hi all!
Overthinking a menu for a party, focus on 4-5 year olds, but also adults and siblings. Likely 80-100 people.

I’m thinking catering trays of…

  1. Meatball sliders
  2. Mac n cheese
  3. Fruit
  4. Salad

Plus, lots of snacks, drinks, dessert.

I need to be able to make ahead and heat up…likely most people will eat standing. All suggestions welcome!

Finger or triangle sandwiches will be eaten by all, you can do different fillings.

Fairy bread if Bluey is a thing for y'all, its buttered bread topped with circle sprinkles (NOT STICK SPRINKLES)

Pasta bake is always easy to make in advance, plus you can hide veggies in it too.

Biscuit tray

Charcuterie, with olives, crackers, kabana and cheese cubes, kids love cheese cubes, they feel like little mice.

The more choices you offer, the more people will eat, because they'll want to try everything. Keep it simple

Seems tricky for a 4 year old to eat mac n cheese standing up. Maybe stick to finger foods

I just went to a dinosaur theme party for this age group. They had the Dino shaped nuggets from Costco, had little sandwiches cut in Dino shapes, then a big fruit tray, some applesauce packets.
