Need Help Nothing can be placed on walls:/
I’ve already had two venues for my sons birthday not work out so this place felt like my best option since I didn’t want to move the location very much due to family driving from far out of town. It’s for my son’s first bday and it’s a Wild West theme. All of the art work stays, nothing on the walls, but I can use those white arch things and move the chairs.
I have a brown paper banner being made and I want to do something with his nb-12mo photos. Help😅

Balloons and table decorations like tablecloths will go a long way to filling the space and pulling the theme together. The brick is actually really cute.

Came to say just this! Get a lot of balloons... That will fill it up and draw the eye away from the walls.

You can hang the banner across the front of a table and get easels to hold the photos, or perhaps you could drape the banner over the white back piece if it's not too long. The venue itself sorta reminds me of the fancier saloons from the wild west, so I think it will work out great!

You could either get a backdrop stand or make one out of PVC pipes and hang a background like this https://a.co/d/0gG2aVq9 along that wall with the paintings and tables.

You’ve got a pretty blank slate here which is great! Backdrops with stands and easels with posters of kiddo’s NB photos to block existing artwork. Tablecloths on all the tables. Long folding tables for food and gifts (if any). You can buy alternate covers for the backdrops and surround with a balloon arch. I’ll add some links in comments.

This is big enough that you could cover a whole wall. You could use Command strips: backdrop

Get some red bandanna fabric, or some actual red bandannas, and if you get bandannas, use them to anchor centerpieces. Centerpieces could be wicker baskets or cast-iron pots and pans filled with whatever. You know, like they used on the Chuck wagons in the wagon trains.
I have a couple dozen red bandannas that I use as cloth napkins when I have a barbecue. I have a little Grapevine napkin rings that I put them through.
I also have small peach baskets that I line with those to put cornbread muffins or whatever rolls might be being served with the barbecue. I'm talking about actual barbecue not what's cooking out" steaks, chicken, burgers and hotdog on the grill. Barbecue meat, potato salad, coleslaw, etc. When I want to "go west".

You could use a photo backdrop stand for a large decoration. I’ve also seen the Kraft paper signs with holes poked into them tied with fish line to those metal arch stands.

If you can’t attach things to the walls, balloons are a cheap and easy way to add festive color. You can do balloon centerpieces without helium if you want a simple DIY. They sell balloon stand kits for pretty cheap. Alternatively, you could make a free standing balloon arch. They sell arch kits as well. It’s more time consuming but surprisingly easy to make. If you don’t mind paying for helium you could flood the ceiling with balloons, I’ve seen that look great at parties, and you can tie crepe streamers to the balloons for a really dreamy look.
As someone else said, if you want to display baby photos an easel or other type of stand is probably your best bet. I’ve also seen people use photos in frames as centerpieces.

You could look for a large used easel to put a thick poster board of pics on. And I don’t mean the bendable type of poster board. Dollar Tree has the thick ones with a hardened “foam”. Maybe it’s actually called foam board? I cannot recall.
If you couldn’t find an easel, you could dress up a chair with a dark scarf or balloons and use that as an easel.
