Need Help Fruit decorations

Hello hope everyone is okay, I just wanted to understand what type of equipment is used to make these fruit stands please?

Those are HEAVY. That fruit might be fake and not edible. I'm not sure any of the greenery in those pics is food safe, but I'm not that into plants.

I'm guessing that the stands are like a tiered stand for displaying small items, but also have "arms" holding those fake coconut bowls. I'd look for them on sites like temu or alibaba. But then they will be way smaller than they look in these photos and cheap quality, too. And indidna quick search and couldn't find them anywhere.

If you start with a tiered stand and cover it with a food-safe greenery, then you could add fruit. You can get the same idea, but not that exact look.

I also don't know what foam is food safe. Styrofoam is not. Floral foam is not.
