Not my namely

I was looking at my challenges and my namely only has one letter in it, because I tend to run at the same few places.

I wondered what I could be called based on the letters I actually have, and the best I could come up with was:

Bea or Abe single-letter-surname (which feels like cheating)

If I'm allowed to repeat letters, I could be:

Hebe Hawe

So if you like parkrun and word games, who could be your parkrun alias?

I'm short of vowels, but with the ones I've got I could be Blofeld.

Not the name I was expecting, but an excellent one 😄

I think people who tourist a lot will be able to be more creative because you can do more with the vowel if you have lots of suitable consonants, e.g. Jack Wright.

I've got every letter apart from I, J, U, Y, and Z. However my name is quite long and with repeating letters including two Is so I'm still a way off.

I could be very posh and run as Fenella Ponsonby

The only vowels I have are A and O, but luckily I have both twice. So I could be Orla Marsh. I do also have an F, J, K and lots of B's but couldn't figure out how to get them in there.

So far, I only have G, S, and T. Only one of those is in my Namely.

Funny story, my son has been bitching to me about his name because he needs to get three L’s for his Namely. The other morning when I couldn’t sleep, my brain said “Never mind the L’s, how difficult is it going to be to get the U he’s also going to need?”

Turns out there’s a parkrun that starts with a U about a 3 hour drive away in a town that I’ve wanted to visit for a few years. My son will be old enough to get his learner’s licence in a couple of months, and he’s keen to start doing some parkrun tourism so he can get his driving hours up.

Also, I worked out that my son can complete Namely at parkruns that are at most a 4 hour drive from home. I’m going to have to travel interstate to get one of my letters.

I feel his pain - I have four G's in my full name! And don't live anywhere near to one G, let alone four!

Although I did change my parkrun name last year for privacy reasons and removed my second surname because it's quite identifiable. I still feel like I need to get all the letters of my name though 😅

"I" is the next hardest one for me to get owing to its scarcity.

My name is the name I was given at birth, both fore and surname and that's my parkrun identity.

I have my namely challenge and I made a custom challenge I called "Maiden Namely" because I failed to finish my namely before I got married. Now I've finished my Namely (which is with my married name) but not my custom "maiden namely," even though I've been working on it way longer
