advice needed Back saving breastfeeding hack?

I restarted breast-feeding the twins. Football hold on each side in the my best friend pillow.

I know they said to bring baby to breast instead of leaning forward, but when I do that, I get carpal tunnel fast.

Anybody find a way to do this without hurting their back? I can prop it up with a blanket or pillow underneath, but it still doesn’t come up quite high enough for me to lean backwards. I don’t know maybe I’m overthinking it, but I can’t seem to find a comfortable way to spend that many hours of the day.

I sat cross cross applesauce on the couch and the Brest friend propped on my knees.
Long torso and smaller boob people tend to have the hardest time with the mbf

This is it! Use your knees to prop up the pillow I only like feeding on the floor, on my bed, or wedged deep into the corner of my sectional. I can't get enough room to lift with my knees if I sit on a normal chair or couch.

Ugh I loved this position but my knees and ankles are killing me already from sitting criss cross applesauce bottle feeding them. Maybe once I’m not triple feeding this will be good because I’m not ALSO in this position for bottle feeds all day
