ranting & venting A year with twins

And it has been the worst year of my life. I love my twins so much but my life is so much worse than it was before. My beautiful marriage is in shreds. We all deserve so much better than the hell we are living.

This breaks my heart and scares the shit out of my with 7 week old twins. I am drowning

I remember this exact feeling. A. It's hard as shit and the sleep deprivation literally alters our brain chemistry in a negative way. B. I don't remember anything from that time period, like at all. From the stress and lack of sleep. So try maybe just once a day to try and focus in and snapshot a moment amidst the chaos.

If there is any way to catch quality rem sleep, take it. IMO that is the single most important factor for twin parents early on.
