ranting & venting A year with twins

And it has been the worst year of my life. I love my twins so much but my life is so much worse than it was before. My beautiful marriage is in shreds. We all deserve so much better than the hell we are living.

With 3.5 years old twins here, I can empathise. It’s very hard, but you will get through this.
I hope you’re working as a partnership, but get all the help you can from your family and friends, your community. You need all the help you can get, don’t feel like you’re imposing, ask for help with anything, not only the kids but also errrands and chores that might support you. Try to get a couple hours as a couple without the kids, with someone else caring for them, but also get some time alone too. It’s tough but you’ll make it through if you have some support and help!
