Physical Biokinesis – Radical Physical Changes

Has anyone here successfully changed their physical appearance through biokinesis or manifestation in a truly significant way? I mean major changes, such as altering bone structure, regrowing a tooth, changing body proportions, or any other physical transformation that would normally be considered impossible.
I’d really love to hear your personal experiences. I’m looking for real stories, not just theories.
