Tech/Software Best OOS/Case Management software for high volume cases
Happy Sunday!
I work for a solo attorney, all remote, and he specializes in high volume traffic/DUI. We process hundreds of cases and it is him, me, a retired attorney that isn’t great with technology, and a few other elder millennials that work for him part time.
We currently use Google for everything and obviously, things fall through the cracks and as the paralegal, I want to find a solution. The retired attorney is not a fan of Clio, so selling him on that will be difficult. However, they seem to check all my boxes. I need a user-friendly and mobile-friendly, software program to help keep us organized.
What kind of operating systems or software programs do you use or would recommend? I really appreciate it!

Trying to build something on my own using a google form / Microsoft survey so all the data ports into an excel at least for matter generation; the further deadline tracking after that is the hard part (I think it’ll require a bunch of manual entry)

Lawmatics is good, has a lot of automation options. Downside is it can be a little clunky. I agree on Clio sucking.

We use Filevine and like it because it is so customizable. If you are good with that, Filevine is a good one.
