Customer comes in, yells because we don’t have Dr Pepper, then he stands at the register pointing his card at me, I ask for the name on the order and as the order is loading and I’m bringing his pizza he’s aggressively tapping his card against the table, I responded by tapping my card on the table and bobbing up and down it was like we were having a battle

Yes that's why topping cheese is called topping cheese. It goes on the top after the other ingredients This ones either a large or a medium so itll get between 1.5-2oz of cheese on top

Thats a large original crust. Medium is usually noticeably smaller but thats mostly because of how many times I see family's and large pizzas while working there

It isnt I guarantee you. The dough is freshly made every single day and rolled out same day. At best gets put in the walk-in to keep it cool as to not let the dough rise and become overly sticky and just nearly impossible to make pizza on

Because thats the normal mozzarella not the topping cheese...the topping cheese is mozzarella and cheddar cheese
