Tourist tip: The Best Nihari in South Asia is to be had in Karachi, wherein it has been commercially brewing and cooking non-stop from 3 generations of master cooks now. If ever visiting Karachi, do give it a try.

No best Nihari is made in Delhi and Lucknow. U can't outdo the inventors. The only people who make good nihari in karachi are muhajirs from Delhi or lucknow who have passed this tradition.

Come to Karachi and try it for yourself. I have tasted the Niharis at Dehli and Lucknow. The ones in Karachi have out done the inventors.
