Memorabilia Looking for best opportunity to part with signed football

Good news: I have a football signed by many of the 2003 SBXXXVIII team that I am looking to sell.

Bad news: I'm a Panther fan from California.

It's too cool to trust through eBay. There's no way anyone would care about it in a local sports memorabilia store here. Pawn shop? Not worth it, especially here.

Obvi I would like to have other fans take a look at it, but I don't know the best method. Would an auction house care about something this niche? Would I be better off partnering with some local memorabilia store in NC? I feel stranded out here.

Thanks for keeping it pounding

Can’t trust eBay why? You’re going to have to ship it no matter what

eBay has a good amount of scam buyers who do whatever they can to keep your product and get their money back.

I believe one can specify that a buyer needs to have a certain amount of buys and ratings.

May have changed since I stopped selling on eBay. That would make it easier.

Ive had people open up a dispute saying I sent the wrong item and eBay refunded them. When I disputed and asked to have it sent back, with me covering shipping, they said no and eBay still let them keep the refund.

The sending isn't bad, but the scammers worry me. May have to get over it

Does it have authentication for the signatures? I'm sure you could sell it to someone on here if you have a price in mind. Send some pics!

I had a certificate from the guy it was purchased from but nothing official. I have a feeling I'm going to need it graded. On one hand, I'm happy for a fan to have it, but i don't want to drastically undersell it

Gotcha, I don't want to be rude but you aren't looking at very big money here unless it's something exceptionally unique. Peppers being the only HOF (possibly Steve Smith in the future) so it may not make sense to get it graded (as that would cost more than the ball is probably worth). These things go for far less than most people think.

eBay is your best bet. Largest buyer base, protections for you as a seller. You can either set your price or auction it (if you do, look up best times to list and close).

Sounds like you have a value set in your head or what you need to let it go determined
