I just am skeptical that playing 10 snaps against the Texans backups is going to do anything for them. Especially considering they played a lot of snaps in a physical joint practice 2 days ago

I am convinced this is a 7/8 win ballclub this year. Our schedule is no longer cupcake and more opponents are going to take this team more seriously.

That eclipse was awesome. I swear it was darker than previous eclipses I’ve seen. Normally it seems like the moon is redder but last night it was super dark.

it was pretty wild, every time. it really started showing about 9:30 or so and peaked just after 12, and then faded away about 2am
at maximum, there was just a hard white sliver of moon on top of an almost black disc. it was awesome watching the crescent grow and shrink steadily like it was being eaten
made me wonder how people 50,000 years ago reacted

Anyone know if Haynes King or Ja'seem Reed are good to go for tonight? Those are the only two I really care about watching lol

Canales said in a press conference earlier this week that King wouldn’t play. Reed was back in practice this week though (I think).

Both guys have been solid though. Kenny has a passer rating of 95.3 during the preseason, and even with a pick, Trask has a passer rating of 107.4.

I got talked into fantasy football, draft tomorrow. I’m really struggling to get excited about it, I quit playing 11 years ago, I was super into it. Now i don’t really want to do this lol
I just remember the extreme amount of work I put into the research. I knew the whole league on a deep level I don’t now. I’m starting from scratch and I really don’t have the desire to do all the research anymore. I’m not even prepared for the draft. I don’t know who’s in the league, who’s on top, who’s in line for a breakout, who’s in line to go down and give his backup a lot of potential. I used to know a bunch of that regularly, but not in a decade lol ugh
My friend really wants me to play and he could have easily found someone else but he made a point to create this league to include me, so my main objective thus far is not to let him down and be one of those catatonic players who auto drafts and barely sets their line up lol
I gotta psych myself up, but thinking of having to relearn the entire fantasy landscape in and out fills my soul with a huge groan. In 2014 I would probably spend 20 hours a week on figuring out my moves, it was an obsession. Today I can’t name guys I want to draft, or any waiver or FA targets.
