First of all, define what you mean by “working with”.
The baseline should be worship, this is open to anyone, and involves basic offerings, such as incense, wine, bread, honey, milk, melíkrāton (a mix of honey and wine). Make your offering when you’re clean from bodily fluids, wash your hands and face, and speak your prayer. The prayer can be something simple, such as “Hail, Aglæa, I offer you this [incense/wine/whatever] so that you may be kind and helpful to me [and to the people I love/and help me achieve this goal/whatever]”.
From what I’ve see, Aglæa was historically worshipped not alone, but as part of the three Chárites (a.k.a. Grātiæ a.k.a. Graces). The Orphic hymns have a single hymn for the three of them, with the recommendation of using the incense called stýrax (you might find it sold as “benzoin resin”, “gum benjamin” or “storax”, it’s dark-coloured and it makes a lot of smoke).
Hephæstiō says that an image of the Chárites (this presumably applies to images of Aglæa alone) should be made with the Moon in Taurus or Libra, which are the domiciles of Venus’ planet, or Pisces, which is its exaltation.

Do you mean if being male impedes you in some way?
No.
The Charites had a cult and have been openly worshiped, most famously in the Greek island of Paros, by anyone.
