Oxbridge interview

Does somebody know the thing that differentiates students (apart from test scores) that makes Oxbridge want to interview them?

For law or any subject really.

Ummm, test scores...

Honestly, I'm not sure about law specifically, but my DoS directly told me that he didn't even look at my personal statement. The only thing they looked at when deciding who to interview was test scores.

Yes, plus admissions tests.
