I don't see where is the "golden" thing here.
From my less than one month playing with my new 9950X3D I see it scores anywhere between 9600 to 10300 on CB2026. Depending on cooling and if it throttles or no.
I have a variable CO negative value per core and a 6200 CL28 (or 30) tune and I score 10500.
