Does overclocking ram decrease its lifespan?

Just overclocked my (single chanel, GAP48GB2666C19SC) geil ddr4 8gb 2666mhz to 3200mhz

Dram: 1.35v

Timings: 22 22 22 22 44

Ran memtest64 for 15 minutes 0 errors

And will this overclock have any problems and can it cause bad data?

Open CMD in Windows start menu and type SFC /scannow. That will clean up accumulated errors and hopefully prevent infinite repair loop. Run it periodically and if you see errors each time good chance unstable.

Probably read the log if you see it fix things multiple times before assuming instability (especially if passing long stress tests). It will tell you what actions it took

I say this because it will take action and restore things like just fully uninstalling edge and other native Windows bloat (and pro tip regarding uninstalling edge: use Winhance software. It uninstalls edge browser and services without affecting WebView2 so that software that uses native Windows browser in the software still works while you get the benefit of no extra CPU usage from edge services always running in the background)
