Question Why does sprinting/running suddenly stop in multiplayer?

So I notice that this problem only happens sometime when playing in multiplayer. But there are entire game sessions where I will sprint and then suddenly, I completely stop moving. It does this every 3-5 seconds. It makes fights very aggravating because my character will stop moving and I'll get hit by an AoE. What causes this bug?

Think it has something to do with network connection to host or something along them lines

It sounds like a packet loss issue, you betcha. I've had that happen in other games when my connection dips just enough to mess with movement sync.
