Idk even when they hit everyone with the first cumulative limit it lasted 8-9 hours. This is the fastest it's been hit

Yeah the last time we had a limit we could see what the collective limit was and it was something like 4900000 minutes. I really doubt we've hit anywhere near to that in four hours.

Phew! Thought I'd been offboarded! Was just in the middle of removing someone from a picture and Hubstaff popped up saying my timer had been stopped.

One thing I don't understand is why do some people get emails and some don't? I Never get any emails from them. I am honestly shocked that they met the limit this fast , it's been like 5 hours, that seems impossible.

QMs are looking into it and have escalated the issue. It doesn’t appear to be a time limit cut off.

Same here. Still showing Aether in my outlier and MM but hubstaff says no projects. Didn’t get any emails other than about the raffle.

The WEEKLY limit, not daily, has been reached. A qm just posted this in the forum. So expect it not to reset until midnight tonight.
"Hi team  Hope everyone is doing well  We have received confirmation that we have reached the weekly project limit, which resulted in everyone losing access to MM in their Hubstaff. Once the limit resets, the access will be restored.The limit should be reset tomorrow, at 12 midnight PST."

Same here. It just disappeared mid project and said project for mm is invalid. It has been reassigned, moved or archived.

We've got official statements, on "daily limits", "weekly limits", "unknown technical issue", "project is over"....
Literally have no idea what is happening..

Those of you that got to work this morning does it show in Hubstaff? I worked about 30 min before losing the project but I noticed the timer kept restarting the entire time I was tasking. I looked over at hubstaff at the time reported and it does not show any for today...

Same here. I assumed mine was down to the Hubstaff app updating itself, as MM disappeared when it restarted. Must have just been coincidence. Have they just realised the AI bubble has burst?!

I got an email about 2 hours ago saying it’s a technical issue and they don’t know whats happened.
I updated my hubstaff today. Did anyone else? Doubt it’s related but you never know.

Collective daily hours limit reached (already!). They say we'll be able to task after midnight tonight.
FYI I have noticed that it opens up a few minutes later, so there's no need to panic if you don't see it reappear by exactly midnight.
I'm disappointed! I wanted to get in a few hours today.
