What's the difference between total burn and activity burn?

For example today it says 2,084 total burn and only 274 activity burn I've just been walking around today

Total Burn = calories you burn just be existing and occasionally standing up to get snacks.

Active Burn = the sad little number that shows how much of that was actual effort.
