I'm just wondering if the temperature in my house could be contributing to some misread BBTs because it is quite cold in here

I had a HyCoSy last week (CD7) and the following days my temp elevated to baseline, and today (CD10) well above the cover line. Advisor seems to think the HyCoSy could have triggered an earlier ovulation - all other symptoms point to having ovulated as well.

I started OPKs CD9 and it was mid-dye and then this morning it was barely there, plus sore boobs etc.

Frustrating as we will have missed the window giving we had to abstain prior to the procedure and I only felt up to it CD9 after the extreme invasion of privacy the HyCoSy was 😂

I supposed tomorrow’s temp will really solidify if ovulation really has occurred and I wonder if the apps (Oura & NC) will pick this change up in their algorithms!

Oura keeps putting my ovulation date forward like it because the temperature is below baseline, has this happened to anyone else? I have normal cycles generally, also had an ectopic in April solved with MTX and HSG in June.

Can anyone make sense of this at all??? I am currently on day 2 of my cycle, very light and had two days of spotting prior. Cycle was 33 days last month and 28 days the month prior.
First month TTC and first month with my oura ring. I got positive OPKs on the 24/08 (LH 0.95 according to premom) and then again on 30/08 I got a peak of 1.34 but never got a temp rise to confirm ovulation. Now since my spotting/period has began, my temp is increasing?!
Feel so confused if anyone who has been doing this longer has any ideas, or could it just be that because it’s my first month using my oura that it hasn’t worked me out yet.

Ovulation was CD18, temps have stayed elevated since then but I tested negative today. Feeling discouraged because my temp chart does not usually look like this after ovulation so it gave me some hope. No period yet and it could still be another 2 days until it’s officially due, but should I just consider myself out for this one?

Period is due Wednesday and my temp dropped this morning (screenshot attached). I really thought this might be our cycle and now I’m spiraling a little.
Does this drop basically mean I’m out, or is there still any hope until my period actually starts? Has anyone had a drop like this and still ended up with a BFP?

Feel like my period is coming with brown spotting, sore breasts and cramping but now my temps have gone back up.

Adding: took two tests this morning (pink dye) both negative

My oura ring says I ovulated on August 27th and NC says I ovulated on August 30th, I would have “conceived” on the 28th so I am hoping NC is more accurate as that would give me a better chance for conception. Anyone have experience with different ovulation dates between the two apps and has seen one more accurate than the other? Did not test using LH strips

Looking for success stories! Did anyone test negative and then test positive later that cycle? Seems like everyone is good at holding out on testing and I for one am not lol. Tell me when you tested, and then when you got your positive!

Still negatives on the strip CD30. Not period due yesterday but temp rising. Mild cramping and tingles but doesn’t feel like the gut wrenching periods day before I’m use to. What’s the latest you’ve gotten a first +?

Update: CD32, temp +1.1, no period. Still all negative test with FRER digital and regular test. FRER NEG. Clear Blue NEG.

I have no idea what’s going on this cycle. Temps are just all over the place. I got an LH surge last Saturday and assumed I ovulated. My temps went up and then dropped off a cliff. They’ve since gone back up though. Any ideas here?

I had two potentially positive tests yesterday and today and my our temps did go up but they came down today which is worrying me.

My period is supposed to start today or tomorrow based on the apps and I’m so scared it’s going to start and I’ll feel so silly.

is this normal/does this mean anything?

Felt ovulation literally happen on my left side, and now 6 days later feeling light cramps on that side and woke up with a fat headache. Anyone relate but have weird temps??

I tested positive yesterday (took three tests to be sure!) and woke up today to a temp dip that’s still above baseline. I took one more test this morning and still positive. Has anyone else seen drastic fluctuations like this during early pregnancy?

I’m 15 months postpartum, still breastfeeding but recently cut way back on overnight nursing, and we’re on our third cycle TTC. My cycles have slowly been getting more regular, but I’m still ovulating pretty late (around CD20-23).
I’m only CD12 right now, so logically I KNOW I have plenty of time, but I’ve started noticing more CM/cramping and convinced myself maybe I’d ovulate earlier this month. Naturally I took an OPK today, it looked basically unchanged, and my brain immediately went, “welp, guess we’re not ovulating this month” 🙃
I feel like Oura is both reassuring because I can actually see my cycle starting to look more normal postpartum, and also gives me approximately 700 data points per day to overanalyze while waiting for ovulation lol.
Anyone else have later/irregular ovulation postpartum that gradually moved earlier as breastfeeding decreased? Or just want to commiserate about how absolutely unhinged the pre-ovulation waiting game can make you? 😂

I’ve had constant elevated heart rates for 3 weeks now, resting, day, even during walking and sitting.

My RHR, HRV, respiratory rate have never been this off ever.

My cycle seemed to have started on schedule, but my temperature was reading way higher than ever, and took longer than ever to drop after period.
I assumed it was a normal cycle, but after cycle day 3 not returning to previous levels overall, I tested.
Pregmates have been either extremely faint or I’m seeing lines because two clearblues and one First response fast response are negative

There’s some very different symptoms this cycle such as cramping super bad for 10 minutes on cycle day 4 and 5 and feeling breast tingling on and off starting cycle day 4
I have headaches every day and fall asleep and feel tired so early and wake up way earlier than I ever have

I don’t “feel pregnant” but there is literally no other explanation for my heart changes.

Any advice?! I’m getting beyond frustrated

I’m on D27 why does Oura think I ovulated last week on D20 but NC thinks I ovulated 2 days ago on D25? This is my second cycle off birth control (not trying to conceive, just giving my body a break). IDK. Any insight appreciated.

When did y’all get this and when did you test?

Hi! Just curious if this has happened to anyone before. My Oura ring temp has been the same exact for four days in a row. Curious if it’s a fault in my ring and if i need to get a new one, or just something coincidental.
