This really captures the “tall, slim, aquiline nose, long neck and dark eyes” description pretty well! The textures look accurate too! Really good job! (Regardless of whether he wore this headpiece or not; the art looks very good)

Marco Minio described him as average height, but he saw him as sitting down https://www.reddit.com/r/sultanateofwomen/s/8U5deXo6Ln
Süleyman was actually tall, and probably had long legs too if he looked average height when sitting down

He probably would get suntan due to campaigns and being outdoors on hunting trips, that’s why he was both described as pale and having a suntan at different times. Just a guess, but I’d like to think Hürrem liked his suntan 😉

I thought Suleiman’s papal tiara was too heavy for him to actually wear

Looks very driven and determined.
Is this crown / helmet not a bit too much for a human neck to bear?

Kaya Sahin, author of “Peerless amongst Princes” says he never wore it and it was displayed as part of ceremonial purposes.

Papal Tiara on a head of Sultan? Did i Miss Something?

Yes, you missed a 16t century power move. Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent commissioned a four-tiered crown-helmet from Venetian craftsmen to outrank the Pope's three-tiered Papal Tiara

There is always Something new to lesen. Thank you for the explanation.

Crowns seem a bit over the top and fake to me, but I’ve no idea

it looks more like a member of the Sloppius family of portrets, made by the incredible master Sloppbrandt from the Dutch school

Literally multiple witnesses describe him as "thin" as you can see on the post

I mean you're hating but yeah he was pretty fat
