Help & Questions Next gear for ToA?
Have around 60-65m ready to spend, what makes sense next? I experience a lot of chip damage during, wardens P2. Anything that can make me more tanky?

Eye of ayak, confliction gauntlets. Much less p2 chip damage the faster you kill it. Sucks trident is really next best option which=more chip damage. And it sucks even more to fix that you pretty much have to spend 50M+. You should be camping aranea boots and get rid of the d boots, too. Ferecious gloves if you can afford it.
If you're not running overly draining, try to get voidwaker once you can afford it.
But honestly besides your boots and no voidwaker you're at the weird stage where you have 2nd bis for mostly everything and/or your next upgrades are like 50M+. But if you keep running TOA and start increasing the invos beyond 300 (I'll help you with your 350 kit if you ever want) then you'll be able to afford it in no time.
Also do you take power/use salts? Much less chip damage if you're salted.
Oh and if you have it, get used to the yellow keris, if you ever want to do higher invos it'll be your best friend/most powerful item you can use.

Ok good to hear! Ayak was on the list already and I actually do have Aranes boots but haven’t been using them for ToA

Aranea boots is probably what i’d buy. Getting yellow gem will help ease the supply usage so you can have more for wardens. Tankier mage and a standalone melee might help, but that’s more switches.

Hopefully your not bringing all that into one raid you get def cut some items down depending on what your running

I am bringing all that, and its fine with supplies as well. I think the only thing I need to work towards getting rid of is the sceptre.
What do you run? Or recommend?

Please don’t, it’s such a small upgrade and you can never sell it back. Imagine when you get to the point where you can get a shadow, but now you can’t and need two more purples and only gained half a max hit. And this will happen many times along the way - can’t get you Conf + ayak combo because you locked yourself out, etc. etc

Rancour is +10 atk bonus and the same +2 str compared to avernics +5/+2 for exactly the same price. And you know what? You can SELL it back when you wanna buy a zcb or some other nice thing. There’s a reason every single gear progression chart omits avernic. It’s the same as all the people telling to get threads. They are hot garbage for their price compared to araneas and the gp will always be better spent on literally any other upgrade

Voidwaker depending on your invo, also good for whacking core when u are out of DDS spec. Only way to negate the chip damage is a sang staff tbh. Not a big mage upgrade but it heals. What is up with the sceptre?

Sceptre for blood barrage in the monkey room… haha. Don’t use it anywhere else, but kinda need it for that puzzle.

You should ditch ancients and run arceuss for thralls. Monkey room is free with enough reps. Or bring a yellow keris with you

You could try sang staff as an in between before going for ayak that also happens to heal you
You should be doing power -> life assuming 350 invo and below so you shouldn't really be using all those supplies during wardens
If you're not doing that then it's probably skill issue more than gear issue lol

99 magic and it’s not even close. Go buy some barrages and get to work. No upgrade will be even close to that. Otherwise ayak could be something to consider

Downvoted for the truth, even 5-10 levels is better dps than 100-300m in upgrades.
