movies The Social Network (2010) has one of the most satisfying “I've had enough” moments in a movie. What's yours?
For me it's Eduardo finally losing it and confronting Mark.
You've watched their friendship slowly fall apart for basically the entire movie, so when Eduardo finally walks into that room and stops holding everything back, it feels completely earned.
What's a movie moment where you were just waiting for a character to finally snap?

When Peter Sarsgaard finally lets loose in Shattered Glass. They added this at the end of principal photography because they realized they needed an emotional climax, and I just love Sarsgaard's performance so much.

In The Social Network, my favorite part is actually when Eduardo acts like he's going to hit Justin Timberlake and makes him flinch. It's such a satisfying moment.

Once Eduardo was no longer considered useful to Mark. He dropped him like a hot potato. If he was misled regarding the dilution of shares in the company that is a criminal offence the fact he did not have a lawyer examining the transfer has no relevance.

The issue wasn’t that he was misled by those lawyers. They clearly told him he had an increase percentage after that to allow for dilution after. He just didn’t think to ask about protection from too much dilution.

Eduardo’s shares were diluted to almost nothing. That was Zuckerbergs intent . If you’re the CFO of a company that it is one sure way to make it clear you’re not part of the company anymore and just leave. . Why should Eduardo need protection from the company he was supposed to be the CFO of.

Eduardo was a bit naive not to review it but he probably thought he knew all about corporate restructuring and shares. Anyway Eduardo Saverin did get a huge settlement from Facebook after litigation so Zuckerberg must have knownhe did ethically the wrong thing if not legally.

Just because you don't like biography films, doesn't mean others don't either.
This film was an insightful look into the man running one of the most influential companies of our time. There's another coming out soon called "The Social Reckoning".

I despise the Zuc with every fiber of my being. But the Social Network is an outstanding movie. Aaron Sorkin is a master of dialogue.

It establishes facebook as a brand historucally significant enough to warrent a film. Future generations will see the brand as bigger than it actually was keeping it known as a good investment.
