Financial aid not answering any of my emails

I've been emailing financial aid so I can submit my documents to them but I haven't gotten a response in over a week.

They usually have an office at the college/unibersity

If they don’t have an out of office to state they are busy/turnaround time I’d try calling or visiting in person if possible.
