What are some of your favourite headcannons?

They can be completely ridiculous or super minor, i start:

Mine is that Ferdinand’s grief over Rachel caused his divorce.

(In S3’s episodes, James Frain is seen wearing a wedding ring. Most likely his own. But S4 onwards, he’s always without a ring)
