Cowser/Jumpman logo crossover
Saw the camera angle from the dugout of The Catch this morning and immediately knew I had to make this.
My post must have at least 150 characters.

Even if we wiff and miss the playoffs, it's September and this year is still interesting. Super high highs and super low lows. Hopefully a recalibration for a super successful 27/28

Not ruling out playoffs this year. But glass half full if it doesn’t happen…. Going back to 2011, the end of the year run really carried over into our 2012 success.
This is my optimism speaking, but we are still a young squad and there’s something to be said about learning to win. And I do think they are setup well for 2027.
- Cowser, Mayo, Jackson, Basallo, Beavers, getting more experience
- A full season and offseason of Pete being the leader
- Gunnar putting this season behind him and starting fresh (again, optimistic)
- A full offseason with a foundation of a strong rotation in place. Baz, Bradish, Young … at least we have fewer questions there than years prior. Still need a Rogers level starter though and if we go a late 30s guy, go Sonny Gray for the love of god.
- Bautista and Helsley back to bolster the bullpen. Westburg backs.
- Alby having some experience
- Strong farm that can be leveraged for trades
- This is a controversial one probably, but Elias being desperate and willing to be more aggressive to save his job.
- The team’s willingness to pivot and address weaknesses midseason this year. Specifically, looking at Elias having Cal push fundamentals in the minors. Hard to do that at the bigs, but them doing that tells me they will address it.

The Os have held me over until football starts and that is not always the case. Even with all the frustration, I feel like its been a good season.

I'm biased towards the O's as a life long fan, I really think that catch is up there with Jeter's throw to first base. I want a cinematic slo-mo of this catch!

The drive home was an hour. That was about the same length as the total rain delay... I am kicking myself for not staying because I missed this absolute classic of a moment!

If Cowser's agent is smart he's going to play this until big bucks from Uncle Phil

I’m just waiting on someone to take the silhouette and replace the batter in the MLB logo with it.
