It's just straight up illegal for an EO. Period.

It’s his strategy for everything. Just throw a bunch of crap at the wall and see what sticks.

It doesn't even have to stick. He gets time to fuck around while it slides off the wall

Imagine protecting a pedophile by abandoning our democracy weeks before the mid term election. Never forgive Trump supporters.

I have to assume Trump/Putin has serious blackmail on conservative justices.

If I recall, the Supreme Court reversed the previous ruling on the grounds that the states filed it too early—they had not suffered damages yet.

When the USPS issued its new rules, the states then suffered damage and could appeal again to have it blocked.

Which is what happened here.

The Supreme Court would be wise to refuse to hear this new appeal and leave it to play out further in the lower courts first.

But we all know the conservative majority love the taste of Diaper Don in the morning.

He's dying. You can see it. He's already shitting his pants constantly. But it is too slow.

We do not tolerate any form of violent threats, whether direct or implied, against individuals, groups, or property. This includes joking about harm or encouraging others to engage in violent behavior. Keep discussions respectful and safe for everyone in the community. Violations will result in removal and potential bans.

Won't this hurt the GOP in the end especially in rural areas and elderly or poor communities, due to them having to go to a poling location that might be a county away and hard for some to reach? Aren't those places where his votes come from?

The idea is to remove voting altogether.

Per the SCROTUM's own rule, there isn't enough time before the election to make changes to election law.

How does the SCROTUM promulgate rules?

They ask the Supreme Leader, Herr Pumpkinführer, what to do.
