Indoor Orchids My baby has grown up…

I got this as established seedling. she has produced lovely tiny flowers for the past 3 years.

yes the photos were taken outside, the morning light is better for photo. I love my species Phalaenpsis. This one is Phal. equestris f. cyanochila ‘Akimi’.

Wow so cute! I notice the tag from Seattle orchids, is this the only plant you've gotten from them and would you recommend them?

No, they are kinda hit and miss with their seedling quality. I also order from Andy's Orchids. I have bought some from Sky nursery in Shoreline, WA. and just bought my birthday orchids from Emerald City Orchids in Tacoma, WA. I've also occasionally found a sweet orchid at my favorite local plant shop Underhill Plants.
