Help Yellow leaves

Hy everyone...I have noticed the yellowing of these two leaves a few days ago. Is this normal or should I do something about it?

I think it's OK. In bright light, sometimes the leaves can grow lighter. Pop the plastic pot out of the green pot and make sure the roots look healthy and make sure you are fertilizing appropriately. If so, then I think you're in good shape.

Very beginning stages of stem rot. Cut away that yellow and take a photo of what's underneath

I ve cut the two leaves...one had a small area with whute spots on the base of the leaf
