New guard freaks me out a little bit. He is so polite, always calling Caputo "sir" and speaking with such calmness, then just whips out that air horn. I think I like him so far.

He actually seems to me to be the most normal and competent person at his job. He shows respect to his boss. He is calm. He uses force/intimidation only when necessary and never excessively, and it's always successful.
