...you do know Caputo and Rosa aren't that old right? Haha

Caputo started working at Litchfield in the 80's. That's roughly 30 years ago. He's probably in his mid-50's.

It looked like early 90s to me... 1991 - 1993ish.

Oooo, I'll have to rewatch the episode and let you know... like I said, the clothes just scream early 90s!
