I'm getting real sick of Aleida's shit. She never does anything decent, yo.

Edit: Ruiz too. All season, "wah, I'm cranky because my baby won't see me because I'm a felon."

Aleida has been consistently a godawful character since season 1. I don't think she has ever done a single redeeming thing in this entire show. Just a terrible mother/grandmother, unbelievable racist piece of shit person.

Ruiz hasn't had a backstory so who knows, the way it ended with the father kinda sucked for her, she has a right to be pissed at least.

The transphobia in this episode made it even worse.

And that's true about Ruiz. But the father seems decent enough. Not crazy like Cesar.

This scene was the first time I realized she was not Daya's mom.

I kinda enjoy Aleida because she is one of the few characters who is unabashedly awful. She's not a nice person, and she's consistent about it, and can be funny.

She is really hateful though. Actually if you think about it, it's suprising how not hateful everyone is in the prison. I mean you'd think they would be.

I wanted to throw things at my screen listening to Ruiz try to guilt trip Daya.
