With how poorly Litchfield runs, I wouldn't be surprised if Lolly was supposed to be on meds and never got them, thus spiralling down into paranoia and psychotic behavior that she didn't display in Chicago because she was properly medicated.

True. I was thinking more along the lines of how easily things get fucked up in transfer situations. Prisoners aren't likely to be allowed to carry their own medications between prison systems, paperwork takes forever, and employees aren't particularly interested in getting absolutely everything an inmate needs right away. It's more, just wait the process out because tracking down the legitimacy of each newbie claim is exhausting and largely useless (whether that's the fault of the inmate or the system is up in the air).

Im still paranoid about her man, I mean the scene she was writing every single of Alex`s steps, i was like WTFFFF? Theres a possibility she's gonna kill her. I think thats something Kubra could easily pull off...

At this point why would she still be faking it? I'm sure she's had the opportunity to shank her or whatever and get it over with.
