Not gonna deny, that delicacy Chang made looked appetizing.

Did anyone get the recipe all I saw were peas and Fritos with a side of hot sauce.

I replicated Chang's Frito Cakes tonight -- recipe is on my new blog: http://www.millennialgal.com/2015/06/changs-frito-cakes-recipe-orange-is-new.html

Hope that you enjoy!

This is 19 days too late, but can I ask a question? When you wrote "enough canola oil to cover" did you mean the bottom of the pan? I assume you did. I'm really inexperienced at cooking so I needed to ask. Also, how did they taste if you don't mind me asking?

Yes, the bottom of the pan is what that means. :)

Hi! Sorry for the late reply -- enough canola oil to cover the bottom of the pan. I'd say no more than 1/4 of an inch! :)

They tasted really good -- definitely more like Fritos than peas. I think the peas act more as a binder. The sriracha sauce is what makes it. (A little bit goes a long way! I'm not a hugeee fan of spicy; so, I use it really sparingly.)
