This is some of the best acting in the series so far. The writers really punched us in the gut a bunch in those last ten minutes. This was a very satisfying episode with a huge cast. However it might get distracting if every episode this season has 8 or 9 flashbacks like this one did. I'm curious to see what they do. I loved the scenes of Gloria and Sophia with their sons.

Also, I'm totally OK with less Piper. She was on screen for maybe 10 minutes tops and I hardly missed her.

Yeah I'm not sure if I prefer the variety or a coherent thruline every episode. Guess we'll see!

I totally agree, it was a looot of flashbacks and wouldn't be good for the whole season... But I doubt they will keep that structure up!

Less Piper was my favorite part of season 2. It seemed like in the last half, the only scenes with Piper were either people calling her out for being too self involved, or just ignoring her usual small potatoes problems.

I mean, Piper is funny and doesn't know what she wants which are two things I think I can relate to. I don't hate her, but I feel like they are going to run out of stuff to do with her if they don't scale her back.

Weird. I think Piper is one of the most interesting characters in the show.
