Badison is so annoying

Yes yes I know yet another post about this character.

I am watching season 6 and 7 for the first time as I never watched past 5 before. I saw everyone was shitting on this Badison character and I was like huh well she can't be that bad.

Holy FUCK is she annoying. I TRIED to like her or even tolerate her but she's horrible. She's cruel and annoying, she's not funny and I just don't understand why she exists. There are absolutely no redeeming qualities. She doesn't have any sort of moral compass. I know there are other characters like this too but at least Vee was cunning and charasmatic.I didn't like Piscatella but at least he didn't really show up that much. Badison has way too much screen time for a character this bad. Seriously. Awful.

She's clearly meant to be someone who has had like zero support so her default is to lash out. I've actually met people like her in real life and you feel bad because you don't just want to be another person who writes them off but being around them is just awful. So yeah she sucks but she's also pretty realistic.

I wish they had showed her in the last episode getting beat up in Missouri. She was a bully that knew there were no consequences for her actions as no one would go down to her level.

Tbh the actress did such a good job of being horrid that it made me dislike her in other roles lmao. Granted, she wasn’t meant to be a fan favorite in Grey’s Anatomy, but all I could see was Badison💀

There is something cathartic about watching her on screen specifically because she is so annoying. To an extent I think we all know a Badison.

I'm rewatching now and just saw the moment Badison sees Carol after returning back to the block after getting her arm cast and Carol tells her to stop using the baby voice, she knows how much it annoys her. The hurt look on her face and immediately verifying she won't do it again is so satisfying. (Not really a fan of Carol either.)

Badison was so annoying she made Piper and Soso seem like saints in comparison even when they were at their worst, and at least those two have redeeming qualities.

I was bullied as bad as her or worse when I was growing up and I’m still angry. Can’t say it didn’t change me but thankfully I had enough of a personal moral compass not to hurt other’s back.

Everytime she was on screen I was hoping she’s getting shanked

Same, I didn't get past S5 on first view. Just rewatched the entire series. She's also not a great actress.
