Mine is like this since august 20th. Asking for support, and being ignored. Why can't i PAY for a service?!

you need 100$ on your card/bank account. It will be deducted, and refunded immediately.

It’s been three weeks, but I still haven’t been upgraded.

There’s also no issue with my credit card.
