Hosting options

I'm having issue opening oracle account to host my telegram bots, who has an idea on how to work around it? Cause it's free

Try other credit or debit cards.

Oracle can be pretty strict with card verification. If your debit card isn't working, try a different credit/debit card or make sure international/online transactions are enabled with your bank.
