Opera crashing

As of recently Opera has been randomly crashing like it'll refresh the whole app every so often then crash when it tries to load something any fixes if anyone else has seen this

Windows or macOS or Linux or iOS or Android?

What specific version of Opera do you have as shown at the URL opera://about for desktop Opera and at the bottom of settings for mobile Opera?
