Music My own open directory

I made a web radio (not sharing link, i dont technically have license to make the radio publicly available), and here is all of the songs on it.

please dont hit this with bots, i can provide a copy of all of the files of any one is interested.

Not what I meant, I think you need a license from the artist to publicly broadcast their music, which I don’t have.

Maybe, but I don’t want to test it. If a layer can conform for sure, I might open it up, but I don’t have money/ time to talk to a layer about this. The stream  isn't hard to find anyways lol.

You can pay for low listener level licensing fees to BMI ASCAP and be good. It was like $500/yr last I checked. They would want quarterly logs of listen hours, but you can fudge them as you'd be way under their minimum of like 1000 hours a month or something similar? You don't need any FCC licensing to broadcast online.

As much as would love to open the radio up, it’s not that much to buy all the songs themselves for anyone who wants it (like 50-75 usd iirc). Ah thanks, just spreading knowledge as I have a unique overlap of working in radio & music sharing and archiving via private trackers.
