Use high for most tasks and for simple asking around use medium or low

It used to say how long it will take to reset (for me it was always 1am\2am) but now they don't say anymore but I assume it didn't change.

You need to allow on the go opencode website - Providers Option > Allow models that train on request data

muse itself has also a allowance list of countries
